This residential project explores the balance between solid architectural volumes and transparent living spaces, creating a dialogue between privacy and openness. The house is composed of interlocking cubic forms that organize the interior program while defining a clear contemporary identity.
A double-height glazed volume acts as the spatial core, bringing natural light deep into the interior and visually connecting the ground and upper floors. Large glass surfaces strengthen the relationship between indoor living areas and the surrounding landscape.
The ground floor functions as an open living platform that extends toward an outdoor terrace, allowing interior spaces to flow naturally into the garden. On the upper level, private rooms overlook the central void, maintaining visual continuity throughout the house.
Materiality plays a key role in the design, combining light-toned concrete, expansive glazing, and warm wooden elements. Together, these materials create a minimal yet refined architecture where light, space, and nature become essential components of everyday living.
